Tam Tam has been one of the leading Dutch SharePoint partners since 2003, when we first started implementing Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 for our customers. When MOSS 2007 came out late 2006 Tam Tam was an early adopter and already started a project for the Vrije Universiteit based on the beta version. Now that SharePoint 2010 is coming we are trying to be involved as early as possible. Our 2010 acknowledgements are currently the following:
- Member of the Office Developer Advisory Council; since the start of 2009 Tam Tam has been a member of the Office Developer Advisory Council, which is a group of established professionals from around the world who participate in the design and development of the new product lines. By taking part in this initiative Tam Tam was involved in the early stages of the new SharePoint version and was able to test-drive a very early version in Redmond this spring.
- Member of the Partner Evidence Program; which is a program designed to drive partners to participate in key pre-launch activities resulting in early Office 2010 and SharePoint 2010 adoption. Tam Tam acquired access to all the beta 1 bits via this program which means we have in-house hands-on experience with both SharePoint 2010 and Office 2010 applciations.
- Two cases in the Launch and Early Adoption Program; which is a program that Microsoft offers partners to encourage partners to participate in an early launch by assisting them with appropriate support and marketing. Tam Tam was the only Dutch partner that had two cases accepted in this program.
This weblog will be the main point of information for all activities around SharePoint 2010. So keep posted for new information. As soon as the NDA is lifted it will be about the product itself as well.
